How to Install jmpost software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

jmpost software package provides Japanized MetaPost, a system for drawing pictures, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jmpost

jmpost is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jmpost package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jmpost *

You will get with jmpost package name, version, architecture and description in a table
